Freight Terms To Continental U.S.
F.O.B. Wichita, KS. Shipping and handling will be pre-paid and added to invoice. Title of goods passes to customers at the time the merchandise is assigned a carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route. After initial billing, additional freight charges may occur for incorrect addresses, zip codes or additional carrier charges. A handling fee of $2.50 (net) for ground and $5.00(net) for freight will be charged per destination for shipments on customer-supplied account numbers.
Claims for freight adjustments, breakage, damaged goods, and delays in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage or shortage is found, discuss with carrier at time of delivery for immediate inspection and documentation. Inspection should be made at once in order to file a claim with the carrier. Credit will be issued upon receipt of paid claim.
Orders requiring pallets will be charged $12.00(net) per pallet.

(Vector art, such as Illustrator files, provide superior reproduction quality and allow images to be re-sized without loss of sharpness or detail)
EPS, AI, PDF – all files must be compatible with Illustrator or Corel Draw. Files saved in old versions of software may import incorrectly.
All type must be converted to paths (outlines).
Files with placed or linked images must contain the original image files or the images should be embedded into the document.
Acceptable file formats are: EPS, TIFF, PDF, PSD at 300 dpi.
All files must be compatible with Photoshop (up to CC).
First 15 minutes of art labor is included at no charge. Additional art labor $55.00(G) per hour
A hard copy of artwork must accompany any order placed – these may be faxed or mailed.

Product Substitution Policy
Based on product availability, products may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value without notice.

Must have a Purchase Order for the job. “EQP” plus setup charges (per color, per location) and freight. If no changes are made from the preproduction sample, there will not be an additional setup charge on the production quantity.

PDF Proof – 1st pdf proof is FREE, however, if an additional pdf proof is requested, each additional pdf proof will be invoiced at the rate of $18.75(G).
Blue Frog Printing will not accept returns of customized products unless defective. You must have written approval from Blue Frog Printing prior to returning merchandise.
Net 30 days upon approval of credit. Accepted credit cards are: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Payments must be made in U.S. funds.
Due to the complex nature of file conversions, even following the guidelines does not guarantee that your files will output correctly. All disks are checked by our art department before your order enters production. You will be notified if there are any problems, giving you the option of fixing the problem yourself and avoiding additional costs. Any problems encountered will delay the production of your order.
