Art Proof Before Production
If a proof is requested, we can furnish a laser proof of the art for design approval before production. This may delay production. No charge for the first proof if the art is approved and merchandise is produced and shipped. Revisions of the first proof, provided we followed your specifications, will require a $45.00 (D) charge. Each additional change requested will require a $28.50 (D) charge. If a proof is not returned within 30 days, all charges incurred will be invoiced. Production proofs are also available; please call the factory for a quote.
Orders can be placed by fax, e-mail or written order and must include a purchase order or other written document. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing or by purchase order. Please include the following information with all orders:
- Company name, address and telephone number.
- Product number (Example: No. 510 Silhouette™, quantity, size, stock material, stock color, number of colors for printing and color names.)
- Indicate whether the job is 4-color process or spot color (please include Blue Frog Printing color name or PMS numbers for spot colors).
- A proof of the artwork for reference. If the job is more than one color, proof must be provided in color or have colors broken out.
Orders less than $50.00 net will incur an $10.00 (G) invoicing charge. Orders and tooling are retained on file for five (5) years.
Please use a file compression program on all materials to be sent via email to avoid corruption of files. We will send a confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please resend the order. A PDF file is adequate proof on jobs sent via email. For larger files you may use our upload form or contact us for instructions for our ftp site.
An order specifying a quantity which falls between standard quantities shown in the catalog will be priced at the unit rate for the next lower quantity shown. For example, an order for 400 units will be priced at the 250 unit rate.
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order.
We always strive to meet our customers deadlines. An extra charge may be required to ship an order in less than our normal production time. Customer Service will advise you of our ability to meet your deadline after looking at the current production schedule.
Consecutive numbering is available on many items. Call or write for pricing. Blue Frog Printing is not responsible for any missing or repeated numbers.
Each state has different laws regarding political advertising and funding declarations. The client is responsible for meeting laws related to political advertising on all materials submitted.
The artwork, designs, trademarks and logos that appear in this catalog are for illustration purposes only. Illustrations are not intended to suggest that the products shown are endorsed or produced by the owners of the artwork, trademark, copyright, art or copy.
If no instructions are given, these general guidelines will be followed:
- Most orders sent within the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx. Special shipments on other carriers will be invoiced an $10.00 (G) handling charge.
- Some orders may be sent by truck if weight is sufficient. There will be a $15.00 (G) charge per skid for packing and banding on truck shipments.
- No expedited service shipments within the continental United States will be made unless specified in writing. Additional charges will be incurred.
- Orders sent to destinations outside the United States must be sent on customer-supplied account numbers.
- All prices are F.O.B. factory.
Shipments are insured unless otherwise stated. If damage should occur during shipment, the complete package must be retained for insurance purposes. Inspect all merchandise on receipt for damage or error in shipment. You should promptly file any damage claims against the carrier.
Add $10.00 (G) for each shipment to each destination when shipments are made at the same time. Add $25.00 (G) per each destination for each shipment produced and stored by us for future delivery. All parts of a split shipment order must be shipped within six months from the date we received the original order. Merchandise still on hand at the end of six months will be shipped and invoiced.
All pricing includes normal packaging. If special packaging is required, please contact us for a quote.
Payment amount shall be determined from the unit price set forth in the quotation and the quantity shipped and invoiced unless otherwise stated in writing. All customers payments must be in U.S. dollars.
Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the customer in writing within 20 days after receipt of all, or any part of, the order. Failure to make such claims within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and acknowledgement that the order fully complies with terms, conditions, and specifications. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, due to material and labor increases, increased regulatory costs or other cost increases beyond our control.
If an order is cancelled, incurred charges will be billed.
Return Goods Authorization
Returning of goods must be authorized by Blue Frog Printing. Before returning any merchandise, please contact us to obtain authorization. At that time, please identify any problem or reason for return. A restocking charge may be incurred.
Products from Blue Frog Printing are subject to careful quality control throughout the manufacturing process and are free from any unacceptable manufacturing defect. Facts concerning material and descriptive product information do not constitute a warranty. We reserve the right to decline any designs that are not suitable.
